For the first time, I’m excited to share a photo story featuring one that is not my own.
Today, I am featuring Adam Hollman‘s photo that he took yesterday at the Lakewood Park Christian / Hamilton High School baseball game in Auburn, Indiana.
Adam found inspiration for this photo after seeing my Instagram post of Purdue Baseball pitcher Hunter Wolfe’s pitch frozen on its way to home plate.

The game was between Lakewood Park Christian and Hamilton High and featured in the photo is pitcher Thomas Harvey.

He took the photos with a Canon EOS 6D / 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS lens with the following settings:

1/2000″

f/5.0

Hollman is a Class of 2015 Alum of Lakewood and notes:

“I love going back there and taking pictures for the athletic teams I was associated with when I was there.”

He then posts the photos to his website and gives them to the teams for free.

Awesome story. Really fulfilling to be seen as a source of inspiration like this.

One of the many reasons I am proud to call myself a professional photographer.
